Charged me 24 dollars to take off my gel set and I had nothing else done to my nails. They filed my nails so thin where my nail beds started bleeding. Now my nails have to heal with nothing on them for a bit. Everything was rushed They also do surcharges if you use your card, which is illegal in NY☺️

When I went in for a color change, the staff stared at me as if something was wrong with me—unaware that I was wearing translating AirPods and understood everything. To make matters worse, I paid for a rushed, sloppy service, and the woman repeatedly hit my hand as if I were a child. I will never return to this place. Save your money and go elsewhere.

rarely write reviews, but this experience truly needs to be shared. From the moment I walked in, neither the owner nor his wife greeted or welcomed me. While walking to the bathroom, I noticed the nail stations and equipment looked very dirty, which was already concerning. What made things worse was seeing the owner’s wife preparing bags of vegetables in a back area with the door open. She came back out without washing her hands and continued working.
