I rented a uhaul from EMG Motorsports in January and they were so kind and helpful that when my car broke down in May I returned. A friend told me that he thought it was air in the gas, but when I came to EMG they diagnosed the actual problem and fixed my car. I will only bring my car here from now on.
I visited EMG Motorsport today with my 2019 BMW 5 Series after another workshop was unable to clear the warning message on the display after an oil change. The car continued to show that the oil service needed to be carried out. I was treated very friendly and my problem was taken care of immediately, even though I showed up without an appointment. This shop has to be hands down one of the best shops i have taken my car to. Not only can they work on anything you give them but they are so fast on the turn around time. I have been to many shops where they say 1-2 days and cant get my car for another week or two but these guys said a 1 day and meant it even came in on Saturday to finish. My car is nothing special but they treated it as if it was and that made me feel great.
