I was referred to Dr. Akhnoukh back in 2020. My lower back was just a mess having been an xray tech since the seventies. Herniations, spinal stenosis, etc. Anti-inflammatory meds always bothered my stomach & were no longer working. So chronic back pain was a part of life I couldn't fix! Dr.Akhnoukh is the best. He takes his time to listen to your concerns and gives you multiple options for your treatment and you both decide what is best for you. It is a pleasure seeing a doctor that takes his time and does not make you feel like you're in a revolving door situation. Def recommend him for pain Management treatment .
I have been to visit Dr. Akhnoukh on several occasions with a diagnosed spinal cord compression. I had previously consulted with a neurosurgeon and an orthopedic, both of whom suggested surgery. Dr. Akhnoukh saw me and I had 3 epidurals and 1 nerve block starting last January 2023 and continued physical therapy. I am currently pain free and functional.
