The storage locker was a water nightmare. My goods were flooded with water and the owner said that the property next to them didn’t have proper drainage. Empire mini storage refuses to make right the damages and have told me to go find another storage facility. They don’t want to deal with a very unhappy customer. I believe they should refund the money I have paid them or make good on the damages or both.. They claim no responsibility. I definitely cannot recommend them to anyone.
