Dr. Chakote was very easy to talk to, and I truly felt heard during my visit. He has an excellent bedside manner and made me feel confident that he will help me reach my health goals. I never felt rushed and felt I had a good amount of time with him, which made a big difference. Medically, I also had a fabulous experience with the office staff. Probably one of the worst doctor visits ever, I came in at 2:30 and my appointment was at 3:45 and I’m still here and haven’t seen any doctor, very unprofessional.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. The receptionist/office manager was dismissive, short-tempered, and disrespectful. Not worth your time or money to go here at all.
I wish there was less than one star so I could rate this place accordingly. Absolutely horrible. The place is outdated, the service is horrendous and they’ll have you waiting for two hours to be seen. It’s no surprise that everytime I come back there is new staff. This place needs to be shut down asap.
