Worst most unprofessional so called medical practitioners I have ever dealt with. Their receptionists are rude and poorly trained. They move their office to Hoboken and fail to inform their patients of the move to another location. Do no trust these people!
Very long time waiting on the phone to reschedule an appointment due to inefficiency to coordinate with pharmacy and health insurance approval of medication. Besides that very rude service of the ladies over the phone, hanging up because I am asking too many questions.
The most difficult experience from calling them to the visit. Good folk overall working there but process is horrible.
Omg front desk staff is horrible the only thing that keeps me here is Dr Decca Mohammad & Ms Keer and honestly i would love if they start their on office. This place neverrrr answer the phone, professionalism is horrible and nobody never knows anything.
They don't care at all for the patients, I had a procedure that got infected and they didn't even call me back, they were telling me they were sending the messeges urgent and everytime I called again they were telling me oh I didn't have the call marked as urgent, I don't know who you spoke to and bla bla bla like that one of the worst practices I ever went!
