I am extremely disappointed with the building management’s negligence regarding safety and maintenance standards. They have repeatedly failed to conduct fire inspections, adequately manage waste disposal, and maintain clean common areas. Additionally, essential safety measures like salting the parking area during freezing conditions have been overlooked. The air conditioning system also remains unfixed.
