Update: apparently I’m not the only one this has happened to since the owner wants to tie my review to another customer with a similar experience. Made an online order, then they canceled because the pricing on their website was incorrect and was extremely rude when trying to correct the issue and just canceling it. As a business I will never do business with a company like this
I purchased an item for $216.00 for them to turn around send me an email and tell me they made a mistake on their websites pricing and that the item was actually $299.00 and that I needed to remit the funds or cancel the transaction. How ridiculously unethical. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.
