Empire had someone at my car in 15 mins. It took the locksmith 5 mins to unlock my car! They are very polite! Unlike other places that want to call you back with a quote, etc...Use Empire whenever you are locked out of your car. you will be very PLEASED!!
I called Empire Lock & Alarm our of sheer panic for an emergency this evening. My 14 month old locked me out of the car when I stepped out to get toys out of the trunk for him while waiting at my sons football practice. Luckily the car was running while he was inside but Empire treated it like a true priority. Not only did they come QUICK, but they were so nice, got the truck unlocked in under 60 seconds and didn’t charge me a dime! I was needing several copies of keys made for the property that I manage. I called to schedule to have them made. Jason wasn't able to come out on site the same day due to a busy schedule, but offered to meet me in between appointments to make them. I was able to meet him and have the copies made just a few hours after I called. He went out of his way to accommodate.
