My experience with the Empire Retirement Center is that these people really do care about the residents..I see it in all the staff day by day , as they work together to make every resident feel loved and cared for and not forgotten..it isn't always easy I am sure of but at the end of the day when you put head to pillow you know that the best was done for everyone and that is a great feeling..I am happy to be there!!
