The only reason why I gave two stars was because the staff is incredibly nice. However, I am completely dissatisfied with a service I just received. I brought the car in for a groaning humming noise that I am hearing whenever the car goes above 40, but gets really loud above 60. Upon arriving at the service center, I took it for a drive with a technician, but without getting it on the highway, we were unable to get it above 60. I received a call that the service was done and I could pick up the Lincoln. I paid for the service on the phone and had the keys locked in the vehicle so I could pick up late at night. Upon picking up the vehicle I realized the inspection was not done despite me paying for it. I called several days in a row and finally reach the service writer who told me to bring it back in and I would not be charged again. I returned on a Saturday at about 2pm and left after 3pm. Was treated great and they were very responsive.
I was very pleased with the service that I received at Empire Lincoln of Huntington. The staff at this location was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I would like to give a special shout out to Service Advisor, Robert Ciaccio, who was kind enough to allow me, a walk-in to receive service on my vehicle in a very timely manner after I explained my situation to him.
