Was treated great and they were very responsive.
I was very pleased with the service that I received at Empire Lincoln of Huntington. The staff at this location was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I would like to give a special shout out to Service Advisor, Robert Ciaccio, who was kind enough to allow me, a walk-in to receive service on my vehicle in a very timely manner after I explained my situation to him. Gustavo took excellent care of my car from start to finish — professional, attentive, and very easy to work with. He kept me informed, handled everything efficiently, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and customer service. I highly recommend asking for Gustavo if you’re bringing your car in.
