This company has gone downhill and outsourced agents. Their customer service is disorganized and extremely slow. I asked to change reps to a new city and they had me find one! Still waiting for a refund after being overcharged 2 months ago, endless emails and phone calls with the run around. Luckily I don't have a claim after 20 yrs of payments, have switched companies.
