Highly recommend! Ingyou and his father are honest, very friendly, not pushy (a big thing for me) and upfront about cost and details of repairs/resizing. If you need a jeweler for any repairs or are looking for a specialty piece, definitely the business to go to. Ingyou, thank you for treating the memory of my dad's necklace with kindness (and not judging my jankey repair) .. I will most certainly come back to your shop for future jewelry needs.
I had a watch that belonged to my grandmother that was too small for me to wear but I couldn’t find a chain that matched. Empire was able to make a custom chain for me and add it in seamlessly. I couldn’t be happier. They were so thoughtful with such a sentimental piece, prices were very reasonable, and they graciously replaced the battery for me too. I’m so thankful, and I’ll definitely be back for my jewelry needs.
I haven’t been to university mall in so long, I thought the mall was closed but they aren’t thank the Lord. Yesterday I found a really kind Jeweler and I definitely plan on going back. Ingyou and his father are very kind and respectful. Very helpful and attentive, I felt like they wanted to serve me and like my money mattered, my purchase mattered.
