Glad I Found Them! – I had a problem with Progressive Insurance. Consulted the telephone book for a "live" agent and found Kevin Brown at Empire Insurance. I went in and met with a gentleman who was highly professional and immediately took care of my problem. I liked him so much that I will write another policy for homeowner insurance with him.
