Beware of fees at move out for tenants. $150 make ready “coordination” fee $150 make ready clean fee $99 move out report fee $300 shampoo carpet fee (the carpet was stained before I ever lived there) And $1 per bulb that burns out. Even if it’s the same damn bulb that’s been in the damn house when you got there. BEWARE. Trying to keep a penny where they can. And if you try to ask they say they don’t talk to anyone you have to go thru their website.
