This review is solely based on customer service via phone. I did not go into the dealership, but phone conversations are enough to show how uninterested they are with selling cars. My husband tried to negotiate a price for a hyundai 2022 on the phone. The car had been sitting on their lot since May!!! We called in regard to the car in the first week of August. The service at this location is terrible. My car has been in the shop for 5 weeks now and I have not received any communication from my service provider about any update of my car. My calls and texts have been ignored. There was never anything shared with me about what was happening with my car unless I asked first. Even so, they did not tell me much on what was being fixed for the first 3 weeks that my car was in the shop. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

So glad I purchased this Hyundai and extra glad with the servicing facility. Ruben provided outstanding customer service. I was kept informed and entertained throughout my wait. Who ever thought that getting your car serviced could be such an enjoyable experience. Thank you so much Ruben!
Service advisor was polite. He warned me upfront a bit slower than expected to set expectations for service. They pointed out what another Hyundai dealer missed during their multi point inspection. Would highly recommend. Waiting area was clean and seats comfortable not worn out.
