This location installed a new transmission in my car at the end of Oct 2024. Last week while out of state and I had to get an oil change and the mechanic said the screws on the transmission was left loose. I asked if that could happen over time and the mechanic said no. It was very scary to hear that. Like almost intentional left loose I suppose or careless work. I’m having a hard time trusting this location. I’ve had other issues at this location but this one shocked me! Wow.
Customer service is NOT part of their SOP. Even escalating to a Supervisor does not help. Use a different service center because sub standard service is not acceptable.
Panel lights. All codes diagnosed, techs advised of findings,, repairs made and the car feels like new again.
