Had the absolute pleasure to stumble across the Empire Warehouse recently. Google maps redirected me from the main store and I blindly went along. Great find. Excellent service in store but the shining stars were Arkie and Max who delivered our items. Great representation of the Empire business. On time. Excellent communication. Professional approach. Five star care with our furniture. Thanks so much.
Amazing customer service! Was so responsive and helpful over emails, and very in person. + all the items are gorgeous and the warehouse is really roomy and spacious
Went back to ask about leather care on one there bar stools was cut off twice and told we dont do refunds. I tride to be nice as I was just asking for advice. Got the old routine this never happens but was really just asking for help. All good Empire won this conversation as I'm not looking for a fight just advice. Winners
Placed a pre-order on bar stools back in May. Upon ordering, was told it would take between 14-16 weeks. At the 16 week mark I rang Empire and was told by the staff they would arrive the 27th September. Nothing happened so I rang again and was told they'd arrive 2nd October. It is now 11th October (over 19 weeks) and I still have heard nothing. I will never order another item from Empire again.
