Placed a pre-order on bar stools back in May. Upon ordering, was told it would take between 14-16 weeks. At the 16 week mark I rang Empire and was told by the staff they would arrive the 27th September. Nothing happened so I rang again and was told they'd arrive 2nd October. It is now 11th October (over 19 weeks) and I still have heard nothing. I will never order another item from Empire again. A very refreshing store to visit, where you're looked after from the moment you walk in. Big thank you to Kate & Brooke for just being beautiful people inside and out! Very happy with quality of purchases.
Highly recommend if you’re looking to be served by Trude & Pru. Empire Home is aspirational and full of items I want to fill my home with. However, despite the beautiful products the customer service in store (Bibra Lake) and head office is beyond words. The warehouse boys are brilliant and deserve 5 stars but the retail staff are entitled, rude and condescending at best.
