9/12/25 Despite my frustrations with Empire there really does seem to be a silver lining and even if it's just a little one I think it's fair to mention it as the rest of my reviews had reflected the complete opposite. After 4 years of resigning a lease with the same tenants, I have recently turned over the first investment property I purchased with Empire, all of the recent walkthroughs went really well and the newest tenants are really excited about their new rental. Horrible company! It’s been a nightmare. They charged for items they didn’t do. Our inspector said it was terrible construction. They failed to insulate garage, electrical wiring had water pouring into smoke alarms, they didn’t hook smoke alarms up until 4th visit and an inspection. And I demanded it. Our family could have died if a fire happened. Cement work is a concern for the whole neighborhood. Have 6 families making statements for us. The emotional stress over the last year was horrendous.
