2/07/24 Response to Empires response. I just got off the phone with the contractor who tried to contact you about the brick to re confirm what I already knew. They stated; "We called (Empire) multiple times and nobody answered the phone, we couldn't even leave a message, it just kept ringing". You cannot possibly miss multiple calls from the same vendor and claim you have no record of it.
