Empire Homes and their team have been great throughout the entire process of my house being built. They take pride in their work and have always been available to answer all of my questions. As a real estate agent, I have had several buyers purchase from them and they are very happy too! I highly recommend building or purchasing an existing home with this company.
2/07/24 Response to Empires response. I just got off the phone with the contractor who tried to contact you about the brick to re confirm what I already knew. They stated; "We called (Empire) multiple times and nobody answered the phone, we couldn't even leave a message, it just kept ringing". You cannot possibly miss multiple calls from the same vendor and claim you have no record of it. A few suggestions if you want to purchase a new Empire Home. 1. Get your list of items that need to be fixed from a detail oriented home inspector that has your best interest in mind. Just because it is a newly built property does not mean there are not things that do not need to be addressed prior to closing. Do not forgo the home inspection to make it a more competitive offer you will regret it.
