Working with empire was absolutely wonderful. If I were to purchase another home down the road I would definitely be interested at looking at empires builds.
A few suggestions if you want to purchase a new Empire Home. 1. Get your list of items that need to be fixed from a detail oriented home inspector that has your best interest in mind. Just because it is a newly built property does not mean there are not things that do not need to be addressed prior to closing. Do not forgo the home inspection to make it a more competitive offer you will regret it.
