We had all new windows and door put in our Condo. The follow through is terrible. The windows are still leaking cold air. Where they said they would not. No response back. The front door leak air also. Go somewhere else.
Sales was not pushy. Workmanship was spotless. Came back a second time for more windows to be done. The quality of the windows are excellent. Thank Darren for the 1st time around and thank you Alec for serving me the 2nd time around. Highly recommend!
Alec came to my home to discuss possibly replacing a big picture window I have. His presentation was outstanding. He’s very knowledgeable about the products he is selling. So good in fact that I decided to go with them without even talking to other companies that’s how good the product and his presentation is that he represented. Keep up the good work.
We felt meeting with Empire was a very enlightening experience. Alec is a great Representative and a credit to the company. His salesman shit was outstanding . Able to adapt and worked very well with a hard and difficult customer. Very understanding. He made this experience worth while. When you decide to work with this company I highly recommend you seek Alec. I was a very hard customer to deal with and it very impressed. Brandon provided a very good experience for us helping us see what our tub/surround to shower conversion could look like. We felt that he provided a thorough presentation of all the options and features available to us, the craftmanship highlights and how Empire quote their customers in a no pressure way.
