After a storm, this company was hired by our general contractor to replace our siding. At the time, I mentioned that the siding looked like it could peel off. They said they would silicone in but never did. Within a year part of the siding blew down. Our contractor has tried to get them to come back out and fix it, but after months now, they have yet to show up. So, part of our siding is just hanging off the house, and it's a good possibility more is going to come apart.
I had extensive hail damage to my roof , facia , gutters, screens and chimney siding. Greg Dunn came out promptly to evaluate and prepare an estimate, he submitted everything in a timely manner to the insurance company. Thank you Colby Combs for getting our siding together after being ghosted by another company. Yall came through and did an awesome job and very professional! I will be recommending you all to everyone.
I was pretty impressed when the came out to look at the roof. But it turned out to be waste of time two weeks later and still no quote or communication. It's crazy to me that people like this can get away with discrimination, I'm assuming they didn't like the fact that we were a lesbian couple. Highly not recommended nothing but a waste of time. I'll be contacting the BBB.
We have a roof leak, which caused drywall damage inside. We called Empire out to take a look and give us an estimate. They came out the same day and told us what they thought was the problem. Evidently, our job wasn't important enough because we didn't need a full roof put on the house. We were told we would receive an estimate through text, which we never received. Not good business, be honest, and do better even if you don't want to do the job.
