Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co are great. I've called them twice. The first time, they helped me over the phone and talked me out of a service call that I didn't need at the time. This latest time, they came to the house, had the problem resolved fast, and the price was well worth the convenience of the service and the friendliness of the staff.

Tony inspected our flood pump system. Having serviced us before he was knowledgeable and did his usual thorough job. He took the time to explain exactly what he saw and what he did. Very happy with the service call.

Tony is a great technician. Very concerned about our safety as he trouble shot and found the source of a potentially dangerous exhaust gas leak. Critters chewed through a pipe. Nice! We have used Empire Heating & Air Conditioning for almost three years in several homes and commercial properties. Always a great experience.

We recently experienced a severe hail damage to our roof and everything on it.Our furnace duct and was one of the items damaged. We called Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co and they sent out a technician who did the repair that same day.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

I had Empire Heating & Air Conditioning to check out my furnace for the winter. They did a very thorough inspection and discovered a tear that would eventually result in carbon monoxide leak. The furnace was over 15 years old. I trusted the company to place my heating needs as priority. The furnace was replaced within hours. I fully endorse the service and expertise of the techs that worked with me.
