My experience with Empire's staff members was excellent from start to finish; technicians evaluated my basement's heating unit quickly, sharing photos of damages and explaining exactly which parts needed replacing without causing confusion or leaving out important details. Installation is scheduled for next week - can't wait until then!!!!
