I called Empire and they said a technician would come to my home and it would cost $299.00. They claimed to have a location on Ridge rd in Wilmette (which is actually an apartment building I found out). A tech came to my home that was an independent contractor and proceeded to charge $350.00 for a $12.00 part. The tech spent 35 minutes on the property.
