Neal was amazing! Had issues with double ear infection. Went to the ETN te recommended. Was able to get in 2 months sooner than our Dr's recommendation. We came in after infection was clear and he set us up with a hearing aid. We went with only one ear and he could have easily sold us 2 but he noticed it was not helping my mom having a second hearing aid. You don't find people like this very often. I would give him a 10 if I could but it only goes to 5. Thanks Neil!!!!!
Neal is very knowledgeable , caring , open an honest. He explained my hearing test results in very understandable terms and clearly outlined my options
