Neal was efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
I noticed that one of my hearing aids was not charging correctly. I asked Neal to send it to the manufacturer for warranty service. He gave me a “loaner” to cover the time it took to service my aid. Then, he reprogrammed the “fixed” one so everything worked smoothly. I appreciate knowing I can get such good service from my provider.
Neal is great to work with and very knowledgeable in his field!
I was in New York visiting family and had one hearing aid stop working. I went to see what could be done, of course without an appointment and Neil took care of it for me. He fixed it for me and wouldn’t accept any money. He was so kind and so is his receptionist. They are just lovely people. Thank you Neal. The world needs more people like you.
