We went to AudioNova to address my 84 yr old mother's hearing loss. Ron was the HIS who examined and cared for mom. Ron was absolutely excellent! He is exceptionally knowledgeable in the equipment and was very articulate in explaining what he was doing and why. In fitting mom, he was very gentle and adjusted her into the "training wheels" setting so she could get adjusted to hearing properly again for the first week. I was very impressed with staff. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I was told the appointment would take 75 minutes. It did not. As I do have a mild hearing loss. I did not have to finish out the appointment. Ron was very patient with me and answered all our questions
