I was very impressed with staff. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I was told the appointment would take 75 minutes. It did not. As I do have a mild hearing loss. I did not have to finish out the appointment. Ron was very patient with me and answered all our questions
Ronald Coates is amazing. He is professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about the entire experience from the friendly and warm greeting by the receptionist to the office manager (Jen), and, of course Ron. Highly recommend AudioNova at this location.
The technician, Jenn, at their Wherle location, is phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and patient.
