After Salesman Massis explained to me about laminent floor and Empires warrantee, I signed their contract. What a mistake. After disclosing to Massis that one of the bedrooms had asbestos tiles, he said they would cover with the underlay. When the 2 men came to install the laminent they said it would cost 800.00 because they had to put caulk on top of nail strips. I told them I can remove nail strips in the one room and they said no. Whoever was driving their truck almost hit my car cutting me off then brake checked me when I honked. Sorry but not sorry for the bad review. I have the time, locatoin, and license plate number if you want me to take this review down.
They did it good job with the floor, although they overcharged us for the shoe molding and saddle installation and they didn't finish the shoe molding properly. When they replaced the door saddle they left untiled floor and didn't fix it at all. They said they were going to be there certain days and because they booked other jobs they made us wait three more days then we were told.
