My niece just came back from getting a car wash at Empire. She had some tree sap on the hood of the car and when she left the car wash it was still there.. I told her bring it back and show them.. they said they had nothing to remove the sap.. it was a waste of $30 plus tip..we’re talking about a brand new Mercedes... Will never go there again...

As always the staff at Empire wash did an excellent job. Always taking extra time on my custom wheels to make sure they come out clean, and no water spots on the car. Great job, always recommend, and having multiple locations now is easier.
Big big thanks to Dimo and the staff at Empire. Brought my car in with atrocious black paint and picked it up next day like this. Amazing job, especially on the interior. Class act and will be visiting them again �
