Very unprofessional and rude. After rescheduling my appointment three different times in one day, she ultimately stopped answering her phone. Keep in mind that I drove 30 minutes for the appointment. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.
Zazetta did a silk press on my hair today. The atmosphere was very welcoming and calming. she did an amazing job on my hair. My hair actually feels silky. I will definitely be returning. 💕💕

Updating a year later: I absolutely love this shop. Sadly consistent, quality hairstylists haven’t been the most reliable for her so sometimes there can be a wait to get in the chair when you schedule but it’s WORTH IT. I always get compliments and the styles last.
