STAY AWAY!! These people genuinely only care about sales and not the customer at all. Went down to get a truck with my buddy for our landscaping company and they sold him a lemon. Completely broke down and wouldn’t start at all 4 days after taking it off the lot. Asked to return the truck and empire ford denied it.
I purchased a 2011 F350 from this dealership on February 22nd, I was driving the truck for a couple of days and on February 27th I put the truck in 4 Wheel Drive at my shop. The dashboard starting flashing lights like a Christmas tree and was jumping back and forth. I put the truck in park and back in 2 Wheel Drive and shut it down. RUN AWAY FROMTHIS PLACE - They will try to rip you off and waste hours of your time because they are cheats. If I could give a -5 star review, that is what I would do.
I purchased a cream puff Mazda Miata from Jayden. The car was spotless when I arrived to look at it. Striking a deal only took 15 minutes which I greatly appreciated. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and dealt with my high stress level very well.
