Empire did a great job With my at home service. The technician was very knowledgeable, personable and the problem was fixed. Overall I had a great experience.
The service department has always been friendly and professional to me. Scheduling for service is quick and the appointment time is prompt. When they are finished they explain what was done with a through explanation. I would highly recommend them.
I was in a desperate situation having broken down in my car en route to Asheville with an hour and a half to go and mountainous terrain. I needed a new car on July 3rd, yes, a holiday weekend two hours before they close, I was desperate. Enter Empire Ford, Evan, and great local hospitality.
