We were recently in the market for a new 2025 Ford Explorer and visited a high-volume dealership roughly 15 miles away from Empire Ford. The high-volume dealer wasn’t necessarily a bad experience, but it was the typical salesman doesn’t know the product experience. In speaking with two salesmen, neither of them knew the 3.0 was the optional engine in the Explorer. I was not pleased with my experience with the service department. My car sat untouched for a week with no updates from the team. I had to tow my car to another Ford just to receive service in a timely manner. Update in response to the owner (3/4/25): My name is Kayla Medley it should be listed in your records and my vehicle was at Abingdon Ford from Dec. 16 2024 - Dec 23, 2024. I have left a voice mail as instructed at the number provided 1 week ago as of today and have yet to get a response back...thanks.
