A great experience from start to finish. Jeanette was easy to work with, knowledgeable and patient. She provided quotes for several options before we decided what to do with the floor. We ended up having the original hardwood floor refinished in a lighter color. The results exceeded our expectations.
I had a wonderful experience working with Jeanette at Empire Floors. She was very knowledgeable about various products, had great contacts for tradesmen we needed to level floors prior to installation, and followed through on all requests. I would highly recommend! The floors turned out beautiful.
