Empire Floors just completed our kitchen floor: refinished & re-stained our existing hardwood, and we are extremely satisfied with their work. Ray was our contact person; he was very responsive to all phone calls/emails. He made follow up phone calls and answered our questions timely. He even came back to move the fridge back to its location. Jorge did the actual floor refinishing, and he did a fantastic job. The service lady came to my house. It was very unpleasant as she gave me one price but I was told a cheaper price over the phone. I was on the phone with customer service when she was at my home and had him on speaker. She started to get very mouthy with me in MY HOME and he had to tell her she was WRONG! 2 years later here I am wondering how to fix my carpet bc it has 2 wrinkles in the front room now. Limited warranty doesn't cover that after 1 year.
