As a single female I'm used to being ripped off, but this one takes the cake. Empire built a wooden privacy fence for me 8 yrs ago and did NOT use treated wood for my posts. Within a few years the wood started rotting and now I have several posts completely broken and the fence is ready to fall over. Make sure he shows you that he is Licensed, Insured & Bonded. Dont let him start work on your property until he shows you that he has a building permit. It will save you a major headache.
