Casey Claypool, optometrist with Specialty in dry eye Syndrome and his assistant Cassie were thorough . He attends and teaches it at Continuing Education so is aware of newest treatments. After 3 years of various treatments he was aware of latest treatment. It worked! What a difference- first I could make natural tears rather than articulate tears in several years.
The doctors and staff are incredible, highly recommend them for your eye needs.
Dr. Jessica Crouch examed my eyes, I am a former patient of Dr. Kontos. I feel she was very thorough and certainly glad I went in. She caught a issue that I never knew I had. That tells me she cares deeply for me. No rush, spent a lot of time with me, and answered all my concerns. Dr. Couch was up front with my diagnosis, and called in a referral to a specialist to exam for himself, and verify her findings.
