Very clear in everything they do. They make sure to explain everything from the price to the last steps. All of the staff are extremely nice and know what they’re doing. I felt very comfortable here. Place is also extremely clean. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for someone to do your root canal!
I was in excruciating pain for a week and I was failed by other endodontists - no one took emergency appointments, and the one that did get me in 2 days later said they didn't do root canals on that tooth when I showed up! Empire got me in the next day; they were quick and SO friendly. I appreciate them so much, I was crying happy tears of relief when my tooth pain was gone :)
