STAY AWAY. They care more about their Google rating than actual patient health.The Initial Nightmare:My primary care doctor referred me to this clinic. This review is for the appointment processing. I was referred to this clinic by my primary when I first called. They told me that they’re closest appointment was about a month away, so I took it after waiting for a month. I called several times to verify my appointment. Even on that day I would get a rare response or answer. The appointment. Day came after calling to verify with no response. I proceed to my appointment scheduled at the Corona Office. Very crowded, but service was prompt. Professional staff, nice office, very clean. Doctor was knowledgeable and very professional. Good follow-up by office staff.

Its been over 1 week since I provide them with my medical insurance and still no appointment. If this staff is incompetent on making a first appointment, I wonder how their health service is going to be. The receptionist who answers the phone is hard to understand and the schedule coordinator doesn't return calls....BAD SERVICE!!
