He was friendly, listened to my concerns, and explained that he wanted to investigate the cause of my symptoms before deciding on treatment. I receive great care from my Doctor. But, communication with the front office staff is very challenging. They simply don't have enough staff...it's impossible to reach anyone there, no one answers the phone...I've been calling for 3 days regarding my appointment and left messages but no one returns my call...very frustrating
Scam! I had an appointment and they called me 15 mins before and cancelled me 15 mins before the appointment so they could get money from the insurance.
I had issue getting MRI Scheduled and the Office Manager Michelle called me back and is very nice and helpful. I'm looking forward to continue working with this group.
