We met Michael Payne (Empire Drafting and Design) via a Google search for architects/draftsmen on the Front Range and were immediately struck by his attention to detail. massively overpriced for the quality, this company goes for quantity over quality. the first revision of my plans was absolutely horrendous it included a 67" bathtub measurements that were so convoluted that it was completely illegible missing elevations, elevations that didn't even make sense. I also tried calling the owner Micheal Payne to go over some revisions that needed to happen and he told me "I'm too busy right now because I'm at a conference call me back another time".
