Ordered parts to fix my windows from Empire. They were able to get the parts to me on time without issues. Windows and now working so much better. Will use them in the future for future needs.
Closet door handle fell off day of install 3 times. I finally got that to stay (they install with a piece of tape as a securing mechanism.) When the door fell during normal operation a day later. Been a week and they haven't done anything to resolve. Door is still non functional and is now blocking closet access in a hope that they resolve the issue. At this moment am not sure what I got for what was paid for.
Had a fantastic experience with Empire Glass, I was in search of a large replacement glass table top, and had called multiple other places first, Leeann from Empire Glass not only took the time to work through all the specific dimensions to ensure a proper fit, she was very response, helpful, and understanding. Really appreciated her professionalism!
