Horrible experience I brought my daughter in for TMJ to discuss a mouthguard and understand what our insurance would cover before making any decisions. Instead, I left feeling belittled and judged for simply asking about my insurance benefits. I have insurance for a reason, and no patient should be made to feel like they’re less important because they want to use it. Waste of time. I arrived on time for my appointment, but they made me wait over an hour to see the doctor with no explanation. The nurse didn't speak English, which is a serious issue in a medical setting. She only seemed to know how to say, "What bothers you?" and "Open and close your mouth." It made no sense for her to ask about my symptoms when she understood almost none of what I was saying in English. 🤢 She took my X-rays, and then I sat in the office for over an hour. Exceptional Care and a Wonderful Team! I cannot recommend Empire Dental NY PC enough! Like many people, I usually dread going to the dentist, but this team completely changed my perspective. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. The waiting area was clean, modern, and had a very calming atmosphere.
Excellent dental office! The staff is friendly, caring, and professional. The dentists are knowledgeable, gentle, and provide impeccable work. They make every visit comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to excellent patient care. Highly recommend!
