I had my teeth cleaned at this clinic, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I never asked them to take X-rays, and nobody informed me beforehand that they would cost extra. At the end, they told me the X-rays would cost around $200–$300. When I explained that I had never requested them and had not been told about the additional cost, they basically said not to worry about it and that I wouldn't have to pay. I had such a wonderful experience at Empire Dental! The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients. Hadley, in particular, has been absolutely amazing. She is professional, kind, attentive, and always makes sure everything is taken care of. You can really tell that she cares about the patients and the quality of the office. I’ve had a great experience with Empire Dental, and I especially want to recognize Hadly, the manager. She is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, and she genuinely makes you feel taken care of. You can tell that she cares about the patients and the overall experience at the office. I came to this dental office with my husband, who had a cleaning appointment scheduled for that day. I was also planning to make an appointment for myself. Unfortunately, instead of a welcoming and professional atmosphere, we had a very unpleasant experience with the office manager, Hadley. She spoke to us in a rude, condescending, and lecturing manner.
