I had a scratch repaired on my car at Empire Dent and Body, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The price was very reasonable, the work was completed exactly when promised, and my car looked like new when I picked it up. Gabriel, my service advisor, was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Gabriel and the entire team at Empire Dent and Body for their outstanding service and quality workmanship.
I just had a very favorable experience with Empire Dent & Body in El Paso. Initial paint restoration missed a few spots, and on my coming back in to point this out, owner Frank and technician Gabriel took care of my concerns and delivered a fantastic fix to my Land Rover oxidation problem. I used the Downtown shop at 1101 E Missouri.
Shout out to Mike Granados over at Empire. I don't like taking my 27-year-old Honda Prelude anywhere to get work done. I'm overly meticulous, and I can't stand carelessness when it comes to others working on that car. Wouldn't you know, a contractor working on my house damaged the Prelude. After seeing reviews, I took it to Empire with a small (large to me) amount of damage to the rear bumper cover.
