I just recently took my Cadillac SUV for some repairs here. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable when it came to explaining the claim process. My car looks brand new like the damage was never even there in the first place. I highly recommend this place. I give the shop a 5 out of 5.
When I went there, all I heard was the manager yelling the entire time. I felt extremely uncomfortable because of his cocky attitude! He told me his name is Frank. The way he walks around there and treats his employees made me feel bad for everyone there. They also over priced the estimate! I went to a Dick Poe dealership’s body shop and save $200! Glad I walked out of there when I did! I wouldn’t want my money going to people that say they offer the best prices in El Paso when it’s not ture!
