Ordered a Part for a customer... No response from Empire... I call, leave messages, I write, still no response! I buy a similar part elsewhere and put in a dispute with PayPal. Customer is happy as new part came in 2 days... Empire cycle NOW Responds and sends the part I needed a week later! This is not how you do business! Never got a response from them to this day! A**holes!
