Love this place. Joe is a pro! However, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is my experience with Fabio, who I suggest you avoid. He removed the cape and neck strip before asking me if I'm satisfied with it and when I asked him if he could make it a little shorter (because he did not quite get my instructions right - which is fine) he was rude and gave me the impression that he was bothered by the request. Bad haircut, rude, didn't listen. Otherwise great place :) just steer clear of him and you'll love it
