Boy not happy i sent a hard drive down for data recovery told him there was about 390 gb. and he charged me over $400.00 and told me he was able to recover it all and sent me 128 mb i sent it back 11 months ago and have called him 2 or 3 time and today. i want most of my money back as he didnt do what he said he did and my old hard drive back so i can send it to someone that knows what there doing.
Spencer & his team have been maintaining my PC's for 6 years. Without ECS I would've been in bad shape more than once. Always quick to respond to my problems & emergencies. Prices are fair & repairs have always been done correctly.
