We bought an Empire Home in 2023 and had repeated surface mold issues in a secondary bathroom. Took three attempts to, hopefully, resolve that issue. Recently, our kitchen sink came DETACHED from the kitchen countertop. The construction manager blew it off and blamed it on “too much weight”. At most, we’ll have a handful of plates and one and/or two pans in the sink at any given time. My advice? RUN! The quality is garbage and the service around their work is even worse.

I recently purchased an Empire Home and have been very pleased with the service after sales. I had several miscellaneous warranty repairs since move in and have had the pleasure of working with Makenzie Buish. With every issue, she has promptly responded, sufficiently provided the correct repair people ensuring a timely turn around and resolution.
