I'm living in my home now going 5 month ; I've had a hard time with Empire previous supervisor! McKenzie came on board and have gotten some work done for me! Previously was thought impossible
Once recognizing that we were fond of multiple floor plans, Robby Buish partnered with us to understand our thought process on buying a new home, offer sound advice, and match our cadence once we were ready to buy. He carried that partnership over to James Womac who led the way on construction through an aggressive closing schedule. We could quickly tell that James prefers to lead with a quality first approach. The team is full of rockstars.
Solid buying experience, closed on the house in about 2 weeks. Sale representative was knowledgeable and is a diligent worker. Homes are built well as you can tell after inspection where was just a few fixes that were pretty much all minor, cosmetic finishes and 1 glitch with AC wiring that was fixed in less than a day after inspection. The people are what make this company great! I've had the please of working with Makenzie Buisch to correct some maintenance items, and she has gone above and beyond! Even helping connect me with other members of her team (Daris and Eric) who have been great as well. I could tell that Makenzie really wants her homeowners to be happy with their new homes by Empire. Empire is a poor quality home construction company, totally disappointed after having bought a house in Hockley Tx - Dellrose, and two months later the house has had all kinds of problems and repairs. I bought a new house to not have problems and this has been totally crazy, to tell you that they even want to kick me out of my house to make several repairs. DO NOT BE FOOLED AND DO NOT BUY HOUSES FROM EMPIRE. And the saddest thing is that I do not know what will happen after the year when the warranty expires. A TOTAL SCAM!!!... read more
