I brought my car to be repaired after my accident. Brian and crew provided excellent service. There was good communication and the repair was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for collision and service.
I’ve taken several vehicles to Empire’s Collision Center (Brian referred to me as a frequent flyer...), and I’m always impressed with the work! They took great care of my truck, worked with my insurance company, and kept me in the loop with what was going on. Definitely recommend them if you need body work!
So happy with the way my car came out ! My car was keyed from one end to the other and now it looks brand new like it never happened. Also got an amazing cleaning in the inside of my car as well ! Brian and Dave and the other employees did an amazing job. Great service !
My car was damaged in an accident and I brought it to Empire Collision to be repaired. They did an awesome job. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly. They do incredible work. While I was dropping it off to be repaired, I was also amazed to find out that I could also have my 3,500 mile service done at the same time. Brought my car here to for an oil change last week and they did a great job. Everyone was very professional and gave me a great deal on wiper blades too.
I’ve sent a few cars there to get fixed last on being my one and they did such a great job from the beginning till the end from a nice very clean loaner to dealing with the insurance the car came out better than expected Dave viveiros and the crew I appreciate everything u guys did
Had my 2012 Tucson fixed there last week, picked it up noticed they did a horrible job detailing it, stole my change and my ashtray!! Not only that I could not get in touch with anyone for any updates during the week that they had my SUV which to me is unacceptable! And to top it off my bumper still has minor paint abrasions on it like they used a screwdriver on it! Needless to say, NEVER AGAIN!!
