My car had gone in after an accident I got into and Stephanie Santos was so helpful throughout the entire process ! Every question I had didn’t go unanswered and her communication made everything run so much smoother for me ! I will be sending anyone I know in need of body work over her way thank you so much For helping me with this process and being with me every step of the way
Steph at Empire was amazing. She was on top of everything and made the whole process very smooth and easy. She provided a brand new rental, kept me updated on the status of my repairs , and dealt with insurance company. My car had significant damage but when I picked it up , it was like brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the repairs as well as customer service!
Brought my car in to have front end work done. Super friendly and helpful staff. Steph was amazing and made it a very quick set up. Picked up the car today and again fast and easy and the car looks great! Definitely would highly recommend.
The auto body manager did an excellent job her name was Stephanie Santos the guy that did the repairs did an excellent job I would go back there again to have my car repaired
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Stephanie Santos at Empire Collision Center. Despite providing all necessary documents on time, I received no meaningful updates regarding my repair or rental car arrangements. I had to follow up multiple times just to learn that the commitments made such as booking a rental were not honored. What made matters worse was the tone of communication.
