From the moment we walked into Empire Coffee in Rogersville, we fell in love with the atmosphere! The boutique is absolutely adorable, with cute clothes, unique knickknacks, amazing-smelling laundry soaps, and so many fun gifts to browse while you wait for your order. The coffee was fantastic, and everything we tried was delicious. The pastries and treats were fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth coming back for. What a hidden gem! This Italian coffeehouse outside of Springfield is excellent. I had the almond croissant and a cortado. The owner said the croissant was made by a French chef, and it was the best I've ever had. The cortado was perfect as well. I feel like I'm in Europe, especially with the no tipping policy. It is inside a lovely gift shop, so plan on shopping after you've had coffee. I'm hooked on this place. I will stop here everytime I'm in the Springfield area.
