I made an appointment ten days in advance to have recall work done to my '03 Impala. I called the night before to confirm the parts needed for the repair had arrived. They confirmed to me that the parts had arrived. I dropped the car off first thing the next morning. I was informed that the repair might take an extra day depending on what might be found during the repair.
