I was having foot surgery at the Empire Center and from the moment I walked in the door at 6am, I was met by very friendly nice people. The first receptionist, named Christine was a pleasure to deal with and she had a welcoming smile. Then I went upstairs and met Annette, the nurse who did all my vitals and my needles. As soon as I stepped foot inside this facility I knew I wouldn't want to leave. Had a small procedure here and the nurses were so compassionate from the lady at the front desk to nurses in recovery there isn't enough great things to say about them and the experience I had here. My mother took me here for a procedure with Dr. Olga Kheyson and she was absolutely flawless, kind and caring. She even held my hand and put me at ease before I went under anesthesia. And for that, I’ll be forever grateful. Not only did the entire staff treat me with such respect, but they also treated my mother the same way.
