Two separate times I called for phone support. A Tech called me back and was able to correct issue a while back. Today after troubleshooting they sent a Tech and they identified the issue quickly, but getting the part needed was not available at the shop. Luckily a different Tech had it and dropped it of so my Tech could complete repair. I give the service department an A+. Thanks Empire
